Charlotte+Super Cute Hat

So, my niece has been at my house for about a week. I decided to have a mini photoshoot. I included both color and the B&W. I would recommend clicking on the first one to open the Lightbox to view them easier.

Easy. Breezy. Beautiful. Covergirl.

I love the hat!

I bet she's thinking "#selfie #nofilter #nomakeup"

She looks like she has a Buddha smile :)

Patterns, Lines, Framing, and Texture

Leading Lines- The frame holding the glass in makes lines that point toward the center.
Framing- The hexagonal structure makes a frame around the bulb.
Framing- The poles make a border around the bush, thus creating a frame.
Leading Lines- The lines on the pillars lead your eyes up to where they all join.
Pattern- The railing has bar after bar after bar after ba. This creates repetition and a pattern.
Texture- Stucco literally is called a texture.
Texture- More texture but this time on my front door. The paint gave this look.
Pattern- Repetition. That's all it is. Repetition creates a pattern.

Another Snow Day!

So, we got another snow day. I was just sitting at the computer and looked out the window. BAM. Right on the neighbor's house was a bunch of birds. I thought the picture would be cool just with the birds. I didn't even realize how the roof blended in with the sky. If you didn't realize, that's what is happening here. The birds are sitting on the top of the house. (hint: better quality if you click on it)

A While Back

So, one of the things I want to do on this blog is try to have all my work posted. This is rather difficult, so I probably will not accomplish this. However, I will still to try to post as much of it as I can. This piece was done a while ago. I was playing with the green screen. I thought it was pretty neat. It's one of my favorite edits. Some of you probably have already seen it, as it is my profile picture for just about everything, but for those who don't pay attention to that or haven't seen it enlarged, here it is.
Color is drained from everything save for the eyes. Those are a bit enhanced and the color is changed a bit. So, no, I go not have magenta eyes. I just thought it looked cool.

Halloween

So, just in case people were wondering, here's what I was for Halloween.
If you ask me, it kind of resembles Deathstroke from DC Comics (not on purpose). Here's what he looks like since he isn't a very popular comic character.
Best part about my costume? I took curtain rods and tied them into an X and stuck them on my back. To those who don't pay attention to the fact that they are curtain rods, they look like some kind of fighting poles or royal scepters.

Rare Species: Typographic Dragon

So this is one of my more recent projects in school. I was pretty proud of this one. I had to post it.

New Creation

My newest creation that I made for my photography class

Those of you who are very familiar with Star Wars will appreciate it. For those of you who are not familiar, I shall explain. In the second movie, we learn that all of the clones are clones of Jango Fett. It is also presumed that his son, Boba, is a clone of him as well. We later realize that the stormtroopers are a newer version of the clones. Therefore, all the stormtroopers are clones of Jango. We are also very aware of the notorious bad aim of the stormtroopers. Since "Bad Aim" Jango didn't sound right, I thought it still appropriate to have Boba as the name, since Boba is still Jango in a way.
The second part to explain is the reward. The standard currency in the galaxies in Star Wars is Galactic Credits. The symbol is not the typical dollar sign ($). Shown above is the official symbol for the Galactic Credit. Therefore, that is not "75,000,000" you are reading. It reads "5,000,000 Galactic Credits. Just to clear things up.
